We provide day to day support to assist our customer with their Crestron AV system. Together with our partners at Bond TM, we maintain a 24/7 support service, so that any problem that may occur on site gets reported and handled swiftly.
As part of our support we maintain the Crestron software and make sure it improves and evolves together with the customer’s requests. For example, we have recently updated the software architecture so all user interfaces (40+ iPads) are now dynamically built up from the same source project.
